Please explain

Not too many experts in livelihood are capable of conducting the type of evaluation we commissioned. Mr. Bugnion is one of the few competent and knowledgeable experts who combined solid evaluation techniques with application of acquired knowledge on livelihood.

  1. Please list our strengths

Mr. Bugnion’s absolute strength is his ability to adjust to circumstances and conditions prevailing at field level. In the case of the Central Asia Republics for instance, due to a lack of cooperation at field level, there were many challenges to collect data or conduct surveys. This notwithstanding, he managed to extract significant information from a variety of sources that ultimately resulted in the production of a solid contribution on the livelihood part of the evaluation report.

He is intelligent and capable of grasping the most complicated issues in record breaking times. His solid judgement and creative thinking are worth highlighting as well.

I would hire Mr. Bugnion any time for a future assignment.
